I have used LETRASET transfers from the U.K and I have also purchased those available at Hobby Lobby (Not by Letraset) . The selections of different fonts and sizes is much better from the Letraset website; however.

Here's another option: http://www.wholesaletrains.com/Detail.as......od32EAPA However, it may be cheaper and a whole lot easier to simply buy a deck from Ted if that's what you want to make. I know I've bout two PM decks and neither one cost more than $5.

Ted passed a few years ago. Your best bet is search Lesley transfers or rub-ons on some of the larger magic sites. Many, IIRC, are out of stock, but at least you may get a good idea of what it is you will actually need as far as size goes. Try Penguin, Hocus Pocus, and Lybrary.com.
They are inexpensive to make, but a pain in the butt to do, and the ones I made had their fanning ability lessened. I love the Phoenix Marked Deck. More expensive, but still easy to read, the markings are more 'hidden', one-way designs (face-up, AND down, very well hidden). Might like to try one (if you haven't, already).
My ex-cat was named "Muffin". "Vomit" would be a better name for her. AKA "The Evil Ball of Fur".
