Anyone reads The Adventures of Sherlock Holmes here? I reckon Mr. Holmes would have been one of the greatest mentalists ever, had he not chosen the path of criminal detection. (Yes I know, its all fiction, but who cares?)
Just look at the way he deduces a myriad of things simply by studying a person's appearance, or a simple object like a footprint, or a hat, or a hand-written letter, and you'll know what I mean. Aspiring mentalists could do well to learn a thing or two from Mr. Holmes. After all, its mostly "elementary", my dear. |

Yes, a good comic mentalist. His observations were elementary and based on remarkably impertinent assumptions. Watson must have found the guy a riot.
