Well yes, as much as I appreciate this site, the whole thing could stand to be cleaned out, reorganized, and streamlined a bit.

And I'd pay $100 for it, even though I already own all of his work. But I just don't think it's the type of thing that would appeal to him. I'd settle for a Bro Gilbert lecture presenting some of his own stuff and some of Paul's newer stuff. |

Yes Joe I am still a teenager but I do read Art of Astonishment, Expert Card Technique, EATCT, Strong Magic etc.
I love old classic magic books and Art of Astonishment is up there as one of my favourites I just love Paul's performance style

Ah yes, the old classics like Art of Astonishment or 100% Sankey.
I was just busting your balls, because if you know Paul, you know that a live online lecture is probably not his scene. |

Bob Cassidy is a must see. Same as Josh Jay, Gaetan Bloom. But it depends on your kind of magic

I'm excited for the Cassidy/Osterlind lecture. Agree with those above that Dani's second lecture was also fabulous.

I have most of Richard Osterlind's work, can't say I find him repetitive...unless you mean by consistently knocking it out the park?
Okay...sycophancy over. Very excited by the Cassidy/Osterlind lecture though... Okay, so it's not over...apologies. |

There is always something new in what he says or teach that triggers my thoughts and imagination. He also makes both his perfomorming AND teaching entertaining. He has over 40 years of experience in the field and on the frontline which he has been willing to share with the mentalist/hobbyist community and I suspect that there is plenty more where it came from. He is walking history! I am looking forward to the Osterling/Cassidy combo. I think we might get an earful from both those living legends. For one I am truly greatful to Richard. Thank you Richard and keep'em coming! |
