Hi,
As you can see, I'm a newcomer here, so I hope this is the good thread to post my question. I bought many issues of The Mystic Menagerie (from L3b@n0n Circu$). I've not received them yet, but I'm wondering if similar e-zine exist over the internet ? If yes, could you name them please ? Thanks ! |

Hi Vianns - I have bought some of the menagerie e-zines and every time I do I am directed to a link to download the issue once I have sent the payment - I don't think you should be waiting to receive anything, they are an instant download type product. If for some reason you were not directed to the download link then you should contact Dan at Leban0n C1rcle and he will help you clear up the issue.

Yes I agree, send Dan an email. When I buy them the link is always sent within 24 hours, you will enjoy your read.

My post was not to complain about the delivery time (I bought something some days ago, and Dan told me that he was in holidays so the order would take a little longer to be processed, so no problem with that). It was really to know if similar e-zines exist on the internet |

Hello,
When your purchase a direct link pops up for you to download that issue. Unfortunately, sometimes people close that screen without reading and wonder where the magazine is! Email me or Dan and we will sort it out for you. |

Thank you for your kind words. I always try and be as helpful as possible whether it's the Mystic Menagerie or anything to do with my books.
I check my emails daily and will respond straight away if anyone has a question or problem. |

Just a quick thank you to Dan at Lebanon, I had a problem with one of his props, due to my own stupidity. One phone call and everything was sorted within minutes, wish there were more dealers like that !..

Agreed, George. Dan is awesome with customer service. In a recent glitch in which I received my product but due to an oversight, the accompanying dvd was missing. As soon as I let Dan know, he zipped off the dvd to me at no charge and with his sincere apology.

My favourite Lebanon prop is On The Blood Reloaded. A great story and great props.

OtBR is my only prop from LC at the moment, but I'm waiting for Memento Mori, I have many ideas with this two props. It's really great, and great effects to !
