I have been asked if I would like a stall in the uk at a local school. The format is I pay £10 for the pitch and I can then make money with my magic. Typically at these events there are tombolas, raffles, guess how many sweets in a jar and a few games etc.
I need some kind of idea that I can use with my magic to draw people in. As opposed to just me performing as the school would not be paying me but I would have my own pitch where I can charge people for something I do. Anyone got any ideas, games? Magic themed? Perhaps a giveaway? |

Do you sell BOR?

You can go the sales route ie BOR, buy some Svengali decks, small tricks for kids, and heck even full kits, put together pitch books as well and you are set. It will be hard to start if you have never done it but you should be able to do OK if you put yourself into it.

Yeah, that's what I was thinking as well. Use it to demonstrate, sell and to promote bookings all at the same time.

Sounds good. I was. Thinking of demoing bd having things they can buy. But then I may get a group of people who just watch and don't buy. I am trying to co e up with some kind if angle where I am guaranteed a purchase.
