I recently bought a large stash of old magic tricks. There is a bunch of stuff I received instructions for, stuff that I do not have instructions for but recognize, and some things I cannot figure out what they are or what trick they are for. Here is everything I got laid out on my garage floor.
Here is the first unknown prop. It appears to be home-made, though many magic props that are sold commercially can look that way. It seems to be a Z...e type gimmick, but the metal "rod" part is flexible. Here is a close-up of the tip. And here is a close-up of the hook on the end. I put a piece of paper under it so you can see it better. |

It could be a haunted hank gimmick. Hard to tell.
