This is a derailed thread. It is on topic no more. Bereft of context, it has ceased its original theme...
Or something like that. I'm enjoying it, though.

The poor thing about this thread to begin with is the subject. Performers who don't want to injury themselves, usually do some type of work out. To ask others what they do for a workout is just for sake of a conversation.
if someone replied, ride a bike for 10K each day, if what I already did worked for me, why or would I change. I probably wouldn't and that is probably not the reason for the post in the first place. So moving the subject off that seems far better than seeing how people make themselves perspire and get smelly................... and now for.........being hit on the head lessons.

I was going for OK but typed with my elbow.
What it really ended up standing for was ...... "Typing with my elbow is only going to be a slight improvement on when I use my fingers". Next time I will use my clock but I will have to get really close to the computer keyboard. Sorry I seem to be adding the letter L when typling with my elblow. |

Hi Dave, my mother said the only thing I should ever put in my ear was my elbow.
They are not good for pointing out landmarks to lost tourists. I thought if you used your clock to type, you could just leave the keyboard on the floor.

I think we are having a miscommunication. I was awaiting a reply from you. I just emailed you about such things.
However, I shall say I'm sorry, again. I didn't wish to upset you, still don't. It would be nice to be on speaking terms with you again. I'd post all kinds of smiley faces and stuff but I suspect that's not your cup of tea. Morgan

The scheduling from the very first reply gave me some ideas. So there. And thanks for the Month Python jokes...
