This is not a review of this book as I have just received this in the mail and I haven't had a chance to concentrate but on two effects - The Arch of Sunzi and The Rings of Alexandria. I happen to be a latecomer to Larry's publications but I am quite impressed by its contents. This book has many effects based on little known mathematical principles applied to card magic. For example the "Chinese Remainder Theorem" applied to effects with cards and bills is brilliant. Other effects based on mathematical or algebraic principles go without a hitch following the well laid out photographs and instructions.
I think Larry Barnowsky has done a great job in publishing this work. Any reviews from previous readers of Larry's material? hbenod |
