Seems like a great option. Battery powered too! Anyone tried one?
Thanks for your help! Kevin |

Shure sm58 microphones are the best or most widely used microphones in live performances. You cant go wrong with this system because it has a dual diversity receiver.
Based on the specs I would buy it. Also realize that I have not used this particular model, I have the ulx version that isn't battery powered. It's a workhorse. The only issue is the extra batteries you have to buy on the receiver. Look at the battery life. You might consider doing some research on some audio forum that is dedicated to pro audio on the net. Or you might want to compare it to the Sennheiser battery system by a Google search.

I've sold a few of these. No complaints so far.

I would also be interested in hearing from someone that has been using this for a while. Sound like the ticket.

Just got the SHURE FP25/SM58. I just tested it and it works fine, no complaints. I'll use it in shows this weekend and let you know!

It worked fine. Doesn't seem as high quality as the Samson wireless mic I have. I expected it to be better. Still, UHF does the job and I have no interference! Woohoo!

I prefer the Shure Beta 58, brighter, fresher sounding.

Its Good...When portability is required, FP Wireless and its intuitive, flexible components are the ideal solution. FP Wireless features proven wireless technology, including Shure patented Audio Reference Companding, for professional sound capture in demanding videography and electronic field production (EFP) environments.
Thank You
