Hey all, I just wanted to say hi. I'm from Serbia.
I've been in magic for about 3 years but I'm performed just a few tricks to public, since I'm little bad with socialisation. Anyway I hope I'll become better and I hope I'll find some friends here |

Welcome Jokara,
If you do mostly cards now, you may be surprised at how well rubber band or cash effects go over. I'm glad that you see a connection with sharing your Magic and social interaction. If you put yourself into your Magic (put elements that are of interest to you in your presentations) and draw them into it (ask them about themselves as a part of the presentation) you will soon find that you become more at ease with people and they become more involved with you and your Magic. Best of luck with your Magic. You have joined the Café at a good time. You already have some experience of your own and have clear questions you can search or ask. -Mary Mowder |

Welcome jokara!
Magic is a great way to grow your skills at talking with others and mixing in. You may want to start with some tricks that don't require a lot of conversation - something as simple as, "let me show you something interesting" and then proceed with a trick that requires no words. As you get more practice, you will become more comfortable speaking with people - even ones you don't know well. Keep at it! Hudson |
