I am a newbie to the magic world and while I have been lurking around the Magic Café for a while this is my first post. I have been asked to do a short program for a Valentine's day church program. I am wanting to use a vanishing cane to a silk streamer but am not satisfied with how it is looking when I practice with it. I am thinking about using confetti (red and white) instead of the streamer. Any suggestions on how much of a load can be used? Anything I need to be cautious about? I will practice this several times before performing but as of right now I have not used confetti so do not know where to start.

The silk provides nice cover for the collapsed cane & no clean up.

Gentlemen~ This IS an open forum!!!!!
georgem is new, so, obviously, he can't use the Secret Sessions. However, he does need some help. Surely we can do that without being explicit. PM!!! or, at least be circumspect! georgem:::PM me and I'll try to be helpful.

Try it and see what happens. A little experimentation will tell you everything you need to know.
