Fair enough. But it's still too much of a risk for me. I think you're overdue for a big one.
And there's still 95 degrees in summer with 90 percent humidity... and aligators.

And spending the day in WDW wasn't what I meant. I want to live there... and I can't. So no.

I haven't camped in years. Never liked it even as a kid. Wouldn't like it forced on me with no choice.

After the climate hysterics have de-industrialized the planet then you are going to have to like it or lump it.
If there is a single truth about Magic, it is that nothing on earth so efficiently evades it.

Since no one in the "global warming" camp is actually suggesting we return to a 19th Century level of technology, I'll put your warning where I put most of your posts, behind me and forgotten.

No one? That's kinda like Bob continuing to claim that NO ONE in the anti gun crowd is actually suggesting that all guns be outlawed.

But tommy's post implied that the one and half people who felt that way actually had some power to change things.

I see no where in tommy's post where he mentions one and half people!

Very few suggesting that we return to 19th c. tech. Most are saying use tech to utilize renewable energy sources. Tommy's implications that there are 1) hordes who think in a Luddite way, and 2) they have the power to affect change, are both incorrect.

Oh, I don't know. ISIS for one seems pretty intent on returning us to the 19th c and they also appear to have a modicum of power.

Granted. Let's say no one with any actual pull in the global warming group. I'm certain there are some nut balls who would like nothing better than a return to the 19th century, but I don't think they're in a position to force their agenda other than just ranting.

You're right Slim King. I'm been at the lake most of the day today. Fishing and boating.

How lucky you are Slim. I've visited Orlando three times (the only place I've went to more than once) and would give anything to be able to live there.
As I retire this Thursday, it's unlikely I'll ever be able to afford to visit again. But, oh what fond memories !

Yep, wait until summer, our heating bills aren't going to mean a lot compared to your cooling bills!

Seriously, you're having a nice winter and I envy you for it, but I think WE'RE going to have EARNED our upcoming spring and summer.

One in sixteen is already an illegal alien .. join in the fun ... actually .. As a retiree, they will welcome you with open arms... Otherwise UK applicants must purchase a $250,000 residence and start a $250,000 company .. I know several good friends who have done this!
