OK, I know that the size of your hands don't make a difference in your ability to perform, but I have a slight problem.
I CAN'T FIND A TT THAT FITS PROPERLY! My hands are very small. I work in a magic shop and had my boss order the smallest ones he could find and they were still too big. I know you can fill them with a band-aid for a custom fit, but that's a short-term solution to a long-term problem. The only TT I've found that fits is the one designed for a D-Lite Jr. that was emptied out because the mechanism was defective. I can't fork over $15.00 for a TT just to find one that fits. Who makes really tiny TTs?! Even the FT's manufactured by most companies are too big. If you can't find one big enough you can put it in hot water and stretch it, but what oh what do you do to shrink one? OK, that ran a bit long, but you get the idea. HELP! |

Hi JJ,
I am cursed with very tiny hands as well and can sympathize. While it's been hard for me to get a TT that fits I have been fortunate to find two in my searches. Childsize ones - I know they are out there! You mentioned your boss ordering TT's but I suspect even the small ones were adult size. Hopefully others on here with know where they can be ordered from. I know they will fit you as mine fit like a glove - ha! and I have child size hands. Good luck! Chrystal |

Rvigon,
If your hands are too big, get the largest TT you can find, dip it in very hot water and stick your thumb into it. It will stretch to the necessary size. Then dip it in cool water to set the shape. Good luck. |
