Stoneunhinged's burger thread got me thinking about this. I know there's been a thread about it before but a quick search didn't bring it up. Besides, mine has changed since then. My favorite is now my own concoction, and it's a big hit with everyone who's tried it so far. The burgers are seasoned with my wife's secret recipe and the pulled pork is made with my own dry rub and slow cooked for 10 hours. I wanted a signature sandwich for our little restaurant so I came up with the following.
The PsyCowâ„¢ Our 1/3 lb. Cheeseburger topped with 1/4 lb. of pulled pork, 2 slices of bacon, grilled onions, shredded cheddar cheese, jalapenos and chipotle mayo on a hoagie roll So what's your favorite burger? |

My favorite is the one shared with friends, with mustard no mayonnaise thank you very much.

It's funny. Since I'm probably 99% vegetarian (and over 90% vegan), talking about burgers is largely hypothetical. But I think I'm gonna eat a double double animal style next time I see an In-n-Out Burger.

Richard Blais, a Top Chef winner a whole back, opened up FLiP Burger in Atlanta. There's a few more now as well. Most amazing burgers I've ever had! The menu rotates but in the past I've had a Kobe Beef burger that was amazing.
As added bonus he does liquid nitrogen shakes. I once had a coffee and donuts shake that tasted just like it.

I like a simple bacon cheeseburger on garlic toast. However there is a restaurant in Atlanta that serves a burger I would love to try. https://www.google.com/search?q=double+c......imgdii=_
The buns are grilled cheese sandwiches!
Reality is a real killjoy.

Gardenburger with lettuce, tomato, onion, cheddar cheese, and avocado slices (plus mustard and ketchup as desired). You can find these at Shari's and they include french fries or a selection of fresh fruits.

The Gardenburgers we get are made of mushroom, and they're surprisingly good. Is that what' you're talking about, Arthur?

I used to love a double garlic bacon and cheese burger - two burgers, plenty of fried onions, garlic butter, cheese and slices of bacon.
Now I love bacon, burger, blue cheese, tomato relish, onions and a fried egg, on a light floury bap.

I still remember the Pizza Burger at Jackson Hole, Wyoming in New York City.

The Ultimate Burger. Saw it on the Food Channel years ago. As simple as it is tasty. Equal parts beef, pork and veal cooked in hot cast iron skillet. Salt and pepper to taste. Finish anyway you like.

Burgar, it is not something I would advise my son to eat.
If there is a single truth about Magic, it is that nothing on earth so efficiently evades it.

My favorite burger I found here in Las Vegas, burgers with an Asian Flair. I saw it on Diner, Drive-ins, and Dives.

Here's a quick (2:17) demo of a delicious burger from a Boston area restaurant. The meat itself consists of different cuts of beef, bone marrow, suet, and a dash of miso powder. (You can't really taste the miso as miso, even if you're looking for it.)
I don't know if this is the very best burger in the world, but it's currently my favorite. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=M3_7JVgajq8 |
