I'm looking for puzzles that may help to create people interaction, similar to the way Lennart Green described in his Penguin Lecture.

Are you looking for word puzzles (as in riddles) or are you looking for physical puzzles (for example the T puzzle)?

It's available in two sizes. I recommend the larger.

When you get it I suggest you have it laminated. People enjoy it a lot. I'd like to get a new set and have them glued on to wooden boards of the correct size and then coated with a clear protective glaze.

You could also print out any of the ones on the link you posted and cut them out.
