Do you remember AUSTRALIAN MAGIC MONTHLY? I published this magazine from October 1989 until January 1998 - a total of 100 issues and 1440 pages. It has now been digitised and is available at Lybrary.com for just $20. AMAZING! A great way to catch up on your Australian Magic History plus read some great columns by LOTS of guest contributors!

Happy to answer any of your questions.
Basically, I wrote and published an issue every month filled with news, gossip and what's on in the Australian Magic scene PLUS guest columns by well known Australian and International magicians who pulled no punches and gave GOLDEN tips for magic and performing in general. I don't think you'll find many tricks within the pages, but every issue had some fantastic stuff that people still refer to today. After publication ceased, some others tried to carry on the torch but couldn't keep it going unfortunately. I brought back Australian Magic Monthly for 12 issues only in 2000 - maybe they will be digitised some time in the future too.

I remember it well!!!
What I want to know now is when will the 'Videolog' collection be released. |
Tim Ellis V.I.P. Melbourne, Australia 1234 Posts |
Ah the Videologs!!!
If anyone has those they will make a fortune on eBay! Several people have complete sets of the BERNARDS TEACHING VIDEOS (all 18 volumes) but the Videologs are rare indeed!

Great memories.
Were there 10 videologs? I have most of the teaching videos. What ever happened to Bryan Wood? |

Thanks for releasing this Tim. It's great to see the Australian Magic scene around that time.
chappelly, I believe Bryan is teaching now. |

According to the latest Lybrary newsletter, looks like Chris Wasshuber is looking for the complete 12 issue set of Australian Magic Monthly 2000. Guessing he's looking to digitize that as well. I do have the full set but won't be selling those any time soon.
