I'm pretty sure I've already seen this exact same trick before. It was a commercial trick, sold like two years ago, but I can't remember the name of the creator.

Ok, I've found it:

I believe the basis of this item actually comes from an older John Cornelius trick which was a floating deck of cards that used a ball point pen where the bottle is used.
