I find that if I post something and click "subscribe to this topic", then I'm emailed when there's a single reply, but then I never hear about subsequent replies to that thread. And I checked my spam folder too.

Is this a known problem?

It's set up to send you one email regardless of how many replies there may have been since you last read the topic so you don't get repeated emails for every reply. Once you read the topic it is then reset so you will receive an email for any replies after that.

Right, so I posted. Then I got an email that there was a reply. So I clicked on the link in the email and read the reply. At that point it should reset and go back to sending me emails again, but it doesn't.

Do I have to make sure I close that browser tab or something like that?

I'm not receiving emails from most of the threads to which I am subscribed Gene. I'll go through a day and receive only two or three emails and then see a dozen or more threads that have new posts since I last received anything.

Hello all,

I found and fixed the error with the subscription process. In order for you to receive emails for any subscribed topics you will need to view your subscribed topic again so your user ID is logged for the topic(s).

If you have further troubles just let me know.
