I just want to tell about my great experience with these two companies.
I ordered an apron from Alan at Twistem Up; an Easy Load Deluxe, on the 30th, and already received it today. Seems like a great product, well built, not too heavy, very affordable considering the high quality. Super fast shipping! I highly recommend ordering from Twistem Up. Then, I dealt with Barbara at Balloon Merchant and received the same great service. I ordered a large order, for me anyway, of about 2500ish balloons on the same day that I ordered the apron and wanted them sent to my PO Box. She promptly- like within minutes- sent me an email to let me know she only ships UPS and they don't do PO Boxes. Not a big deal, I just had the order shipped to a local store and picked them up today as well. I really appreciate that she informed me quickly and didn't get to me a couple of days later to let me know about the shipping. Very attentive merchant. Two great companies to deal with. Highly recommended!

I also received my products from Alan quickly, and the stuff is well made and durable.
You mentioned that you're new to balloons so I thought I might offer two tips on your new apron. First, do NOT change the EZ load strips order. Even though you can un-snap them, leave them in the same spot they came in (Top, middle, and bottom) I once decided to move my 350's from the bottom to the top and just unsnapped the whole strip thinking "what's the difference" There is. I think they are hand made, so there are subtle differences. Second, avoid the urge to overload each individual section. I know reloading the apron is a pain, and you can jam about fifty 260's in each, but you're better off sticking with 35-40 max so as not to wear out the Velcro. The only reason I ordered an apron is because where I busk you aren't allowed to put anything on the ground. I have an busking bag for everything else since, as you'll find out, the apron tends to heat up your, uh, private parts. Good luck.
If you need fear to enforce your beliefs, then your beliefs are worthless.
