What do you call cards with m********d p**s? I have DCB, DB, BF, BB ect but aren't sure what to call these.

Most would just refer to them as gaffs.

I, too, think that they are called "gaffs". I've always understood that to refer generically to "nonstandard" cards that facilitate tricks.
Not to be confused with "gimmicks". A "pocket" (to me) is a gimmick.
I feel more like I do now than I did before.

I believe he's asking for the specific name of the gaffs that he has obfuscated. If I understand your question correctly, they are most commonly called double-enders.
