First of all I just want to say that the next passage is not mine I just found in a site call The Magic Anarchist (a great site by the way) here is the link to the article http://www.themagicanarchist.com/briefing4.html but I totally agree:

In aikido we say "practice until you forget what you learned"
I said this in other post so I'm sorry for repeating myself, but I think this can help you a lot. |
