Say what you will about Uber, but its drivers are committed.
This guy in Kalamazoo was still accepting passengers even while he was in the midst of a shooting spree. http://www.nytimes.com/2016/02/22/us/kal......ngs.html "Amid a manhunt, Mr. Dalton was willing to drive Uber customers. Around 11 p.m. Saturday, for instance, Mr. Dalton agreed to pick up a couple at a pub on Gull Road, just more than 10 minutes from his home in north Kalamazoo. But the customers, unaware of the shooting spree, changed their plans and rode with another Uber driver later in the night."
Make America Great Again! - Trump in 2020 ... "We're a capitalistic society. I go into business, I don't make it, I go bankrupt. They're not going to bail me out. I've been on welfare and food stamps. Did anyone help me? No." - Craig T. Nelson, actor.

Uber drivers ought to be committed.
If there is a single truth about Magic, it is that nothing on earth so efficiently evades it.

THAT person should be committed. My wife has used Uber on several ocassions, she has had no trouble with it. I've used them once, they did the job and did it well. I have no complaints.

Your life. your family. your risk
your call. I would never allow my family members to or myself to get into an UBER car. |

One thing you gotta say about Uber--that's some business model. Uber gets to set policy, make tons of money, but assumes no responsibility whatsoever. Say hello to the future (and present) of the independent contractor economy.

Uber will force all drivers to sign an agreement stating they won't carry firearms. Problem solved.

I would make them agree not to kill passengers.

Well, I'm certain this guy would have signed that agreement since it doesn't look like any of the people he shot were, or had been, passengers.
