How did you start out doing magic and how has your thinking changed from then to now?
Do you have any interesting lessons from the first gigs you were doing? |

The story of how I started magic is one that is not the norm, and I reserve the story for when I meet people. Just a personal thing. However, my thinking in magic changes everyday. There are no definites in magic and I learn new things all the time. What I share is really what I've learned up to this point. Nothing more.
As far a lessons from the first gigs I did; The lessons I learned were more about dealing with people then with magic because of how I got into magic. I learned that it is just as important to know how to talk to and deal with people, as it is to be able to perform techniques. Learning how to be a person is just as Important. Knowing how to hold a discussion, knowing how to share in a joke, knowing how to avoid situations. All things that we don't think about when we talk about magic that no one can teach. Or at least I don't know anyone that can teach that sort of thing. |
