I know Joe has great rubber bands, even have a bunch of his routines, however the bands are too big for my hands, is there a source from which to get smaller rubber bands but of the same quality or close to it??? (And don't say Staples, Office Depot, Walmart etc, already tried those!) Thanks

Joes bands are size 19. Size 16 is the next size down and usable for all the same effects with those who have smaller hands. There are not many color options in size 16 though.
