Well, thanks to a few PM's, I found sources for Sankey's method: 21 blows to the head, and The Definitive Sankey.

To those that question the value of buying a trick that uses a well establish method, and similar ploys, look at Bill Abbotts 5 Card Opener.

He took a rather tame trick (5 card repeat), and turned it into a wonderful way to warm-up your audience, and get them conditioned to responding verbally and with applause. I was using this at nursing/elderly homes and they responded far beyond my expectation. The presentation (based upon Abbots "5 card opener") was absolutely the reason.

Presentation is (nearly) everything.
