I like untouched by Daryl, I was thinking it would be interesting to try as a double prediction. Has anyone done this? Also what if you see the top 2 cards and they are the same suit? Do you just have them shuffle or cut the deck?

Initially, I have the spectator shuffle the deck (no cut). If I see the first two cards are the same suit I will then ask them to cut (claiming I forgot earlier). If there are still two of the same suit, I will have him remove one of them plus the selection and through magicians choice eliminate the indifferent card. This also applies if there are more than two of the same suit together.

Have them 'burn' the top card, like sometimes done in poker.
