I started working at a popular seafood restaurant tonight...very popular! It was so busy that I was side-stepping wait-staff, busboys, customers being seated, and customers leaving for most of the night. I had to get in and get out of routines like a machine gun in order not to upset then flow of orders being taken ,or food being served.

Management was directing me to larger groups waiting for their meals and the hostess was tracking me down to entertain the long benches filled with people waiting for a table.

I cant wait to go back tomorrow night!

One of my restaurants is super busy like that most of the time. The time goes by so fast on those nights.
