As we enter into the New Year and the new administration of a world leader, we listen first to what really matters in the magic world from the perspective of three Presidents of world magic organizations: Jeff Sikora, President of the S.A.M.; Oscar Munoz, President of the I.B.M.; and, Scott Penrose, President of The Magic Circle.

Each of them give their statements on what they and their respective teams have done to date since they came into their positions and how it tracked with their vision of what they wanted to accomplish, and they look to the future to tell us what is coming in 2017 that they want to accomplish before their terms in office ends. Each of these gentlemen were frank and honest in their assessment and there have been some major accomplishments for some, while others have "stayed the course". Of particular note, The Magic Circle now offers live streaming on Facebook of their weekly lectures which is a huge benefit for out of town and overseas members. Also it is refreshing to hear Oscar Munoz talk candidly about his frustrations of getting things accomplished against internal political strife.
