That is not only insane but is enough to drive you mad. If it carries on you will find yourself going to bed in your pajamas and waking up in a diving suit.

If the government bans you from using youtube it is unconstitutional but if youtube bans you and the government from using youtube it is not unconstitutional.

YouTube can, and does, make their own rules; as is their right.
The only choice you have is to use it, or not. The constitution has nothing to do with this. For the record, I'm against the recent rulings prohibiting discrimination. If a business wants to ban certain people based on their beliefs then they should be able to; just as people will have the ability to put them out of business by not patronizing them. Free speech should be just that. All these attempts to curtail it are what's REALLY unconstitutional.
If you need fear to enforce your beliefs, then your beliefs are worthless.

No, the rules must be lawful. ie You cannot put a sign up saying no blacks allowed.
There are all sorts of laws governing business. The rules of a business are under the law not above them. A business is much like a person under in law. Mind you I am not a lawyer and not sure how that works especially in the virtual world.

The problem is the government involves itself I'm too many areas that it, under the constitution, it has no business being involved.
While I find it personally disgusting when someone discriminates against a group based on the color of their skin, or whatever, it is their right to feel that way and act accordingly, as well as to suffer when the flaws in their belief system are exposed by the changing zeitgiest.
If you need fear to enforce your beliefs, then your beliefs are worthless.

No, it is simply a matter of law.
Let's suppose you agree to join the Mafia and abide by their rules.
