First one is variation on Piet Forton move that usually relies on gravity. This version doesn't and I have seen it in few places but sadly at the moment I cant remember where. It might be on McBride Card manipulations but I am not sure.

2nd production was by Ben Harris and again it is published in many places but cant remember the name of any.

Cant see 3rd production well enough but it looks as if the card is just turned over from top of the deck.

4th Production is Walsh long distant spinner.
