I've recently been practicing Vernon's No Palm Change from Inner Secrets that gives an openness to the change and has a built-in convincer.
One you might be interested in is The Window Change from Card Manipulations (Jean Hugard). It's very open, but will take a decent amount of practice. Palming is required, but not for the change itself so it might work in your favor. |

Thanks, people. Sam, interestingly, I've been moving toward something like what you suggest. I'll compare what you said to what I'm starting to do and see if it helps me further. Nice diagram!
And gbabbits, I hadn't hard of the window change. I'll look it up. I continue to suspect that learning color changes might be a good way to get comfortable with palming. Bob |

Thanks, KC. Wow -- the first one, in which one card just seems to melt into the other, is what I aspire to. I didn't like the second one as much, because of the abrupt "snappy" motion, but that's a matter of taste. Thanks for sharing!
