Try this site (All Magic) they have a list of dealers Online...
http://allmagic.com/allmagicdealers/index.html I have bought stuff from many places including some mentioned above, but here are a few not mentioned: Earth's Largest Magic Shop, Hank Lee's, Daytona Magic, and the Trickery. Good Luck! And just in case you are wondering I have had no bad experiences with any of the above.

I wholly recommend The Magic Warehouse ( http://www.themagicwarehouse.com ). I have bought stuff from them all the way from here (India), and have gained utmost satisfaction.
Penguin Magic ( http://www.penguinmagic.com ) is also a good place to buy your wares. Also visit Bryan Dean's Magic & Illusion site, which has a section called "Where to Buy Magic" ( http://magic.about.com/cs/buy/ ) |

This is an excellent UK Magic Website, and has a large list of dealers websites who advertise with MagicWeek. I have this bookmarked rather than many other sites as I can find out so much from there. Best wishes, Brian.

MagicBox in North East England is my local magic shop. They're great and the products are very competitively priced. If you want something, chances are that they can supply you with it so try getting in touch with them if you are based in the UK - http://www.magicbox.uk.com

I like Penguin Magic, but I think that depending on your experience level, Penguin's inventory may be limited. I have purchased a lot from Penguin in the beginning of my magic studies, but now I mainly look to them for accessories and supplies rather than effects.
Now my preferred online shop is Hocus-Pocus. They have a huge inventory, and when placing my last order, I asked about several things I could not find on their website, and they were able to get them for me at a good price. That last order also only took about 3 days to get to me, which was a pleasant surprise. I was expecting 2 weeks. Also, Hocus has a lot of sales going on, which are offered through emails when you sign up with them.

The site with the most amazing effects I have found is http://www.ellusionist.com/
There is a nice selection, but it is much smaller than, say, http://www.thetrickery.com/ but the magic is mind-blowing.

Ellusionist.com and penguinmagic.com are great. Penguin has good customer service, decent selection, and good prices. The shipping is also free and quick.
