What kind of mirror do you use for practicing in front of? A tripartite cosmetics mirror? A normal one-part mirror? What's proven best for you and why?

Three ordinary mirror tiles, 12 inches x 12 inches, held together/hinged using Gaffer's tape. I use the side mirrors to check angles.

If I need a mirror (which is pretty rare for me) I use a full length mirror in my room, or a video camera.
