Thread seems to have gone a little stale so I thought I'd add this tidbit with regard to retrieving and ditching:
If anyone still has one of Sankey's Assassin's pouches around the "special something" included in the package fits perfectly folded in the main compartment with the fold towards the t-tip holder. Zip main compartment & store gimmick in t-tip holder. Then insert finger, push down & pull to load and insert finger twist and pull to ditch. Fast, quiet, secure & easy. Works like a charm! |

Got Control today. First impression, I was thinking about returning it for a refund. I wanted to throw it into the bin. At the base of my middle finger, it doesn't hold well and it's super visible between the fingers. There's no way I could flash the back of my hand even for one second, or half second. The reason is because I don't have super big/fat fingers. My fingers are very thin : big window between them. I couldn't see how I could go out and perform with that big thing.
But then, after few minutes, I tried putting it at the knuckle of my middle finger, and things changed. It's a tight fit, wonderful. And now there's less flash between the fingers, on the condition that you don't spread your fingers of course. I think I will keep it. Regarding the strength of the m*gnet, well, it makes a big noise. This is super powerful. Also, like someone else, one of my little cylinder m*gnet has been a little damaged. I think the dealers should stick some tape on each of the (very strong) m*gnets so that they hold in place. I've watched the video by the way. Ok, it's a 2-hour video, but to be honest, there is nothing extraordinary in this video. Someone familiar PK ring knows how to execute all of these effects. Having tried it a little bit, I believe Control is a very different gimmick than Silent Assistant. Control isn't well suited for making coin vanishes. Not as well as SA, that is. Control is really made for PK effects. In this context, noise isn't an issue. However when making coins disappear, noise is an issue, so SA would be better choice in this case. |

Have this. Love it. Will replace my Pk ring for sure. The control gimmick is just as strong as the window gimmick by david stone but less strong than an M5. Control can almost flip my Xflip half dollar while in my palm.
I wasn't expecting the way you customize the color of the gimmick. But hey, it works. Lots of lil bits and pieces in here. Even If I didn't need the gimmick it would of been worth it to own just the tidbits in the box. Its very similar to movemint so you can achieve similar effects if you think. cheers! |

Control – Darryl Vanamburg
Product description : I’m a big fan of telekinesis effect, I think they’re very strong and play quite well in a good ambiance. Darryl is known to have created a few effects making objects move, such as Movemint. This is latest release, which a full PK kit, including a main gimmick and a few accessories. You will be able to move objects, to make other penetrate through glass. But is this worth the asked price ? Let’s find out through this review. Price and where to buy it : This is sold at $60 and you can find it in nearly every Murphy's magic « partner » shop ! What you get : You get a very nice little cardboard box, with all the writing in metallic ink, really nice packaging, as usual with all Murphy’s products. Inside, you get a link in order to watch the explanation video, it’s really well made, well shot and well edited. You learn a few routines with it, the ones you see in the trailer, they’re well taught by Gregory Wilson. Not all of them are good but most of them. You also get a lot of stuff ! Of course, you get the main gimmick which is well made, and really strong, you can adapt it to fit better your finger so it hold nicely. You also get a bunch of gimmicks, a few magnets, a magnetic mediator, and a magnetic stone. For the price, you do get a lot of things, I can see the real added value of this. I don’t think you will be disappointed with it. Teaser : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gYa5wyHKhtY The pros and the cons : Here is the core of my review, let's begin with the cons, as I will usually be doing, I prefer to keep the good things for the end. THE CONS : • The gimmick is not as invisible as the Silent Assistant by Sansminds for example but it’s much more stronger ! So you have to know for which use you want this. • Because of the strength of the gimmick, all the stuff which are of course attracted by it won’t stay in place in the box and it can sometimes break one or several gimmicks provided. But everything is covered in the video, you have to take care when opening the box. THE PROS : • The gimmick is really strong so you’ll be able to do telekinesis tricks, which you couldn’t do with SA for example. • I like that you can adapt the gimmick to fit your finger better, you can bend it slightly so the curve will fit your finger. • The routine taught are very clever, and I think that they can act as a spark for your imagination to come with new routines. • It’s better than a PK Ring because you don’t have any jewellery on you, you can load and ditch it easily and it blends quite well in your hand. • They provide you with an extra gimmick which fit in your back pocket so you can ditch and load the gimmick with ease. • With the stuff provided, you can easily load a borrowed object with one of the gimmick so you can use it in conjunction with the Control main gimmick. So you can really use this with anything : a rolled up bill, a post it note. Overall rating : I like this a lot, even if it’s not 100% invisible, it’s like a TT, nobody will notice it. I like the way the gimmick is built and its strength, 3/4 hearts. As for the difficulty level, it depends on what you’re planning to do, I would say 2/5 stars. Similar products : Silent Assistant by Sansminds is similar, PK Blista too. If you liked this review, make sure to check all my other ones on my website : http://lesavisdalexis.wixsite.com/reviews

Just got Control. This is the first effect of its category that I own so can't really compare. Like Pelicantrapper I too wasn't expecting the way you customize the color of the gimmick. Haven't tried customizing yet. I'm a bit afraid that someone will see the gimmick. I like the extra gimmick to help ditch. Look forward to trying this out. It sure looks like a good place to start with such effects and the kit contains enough to get you going. There are several effects which look just great to perform. The haunted deck looks great, the stuff Greg Wilson does in the promotion is nice as is a pebble effect.

Correction. No one sees the gimmick. You can hide it better than I initially thought. Just tried the pebble with wife and kids up close and they loved it. This kit and effects are strong. Value for money for sure!
