Countrymaven, the OP like the TUC and asked for help to fix it, he got that through Mr Tango. The Split and the TUC are different gimmicks, and while you could do few common routines the handling and sleights required are different.
BTW the split coin could be damaged if you drop it, it is a thinner coin and the inside border get dinged , it happened to me with a silver coin, I fixed it but it was not the same after that, you could tell the difference from the rim side. I can see that you don't like the TUC, which I do, but to each their own. Take care... |

My friend Pabloinus, I appreciate your reserved response. I use different gimmicks. But as for me, I would never get a silver split coin. I still don't see a ding on the edge of the coin as a horrible thing. but that has not happened to me yet. sometimes by trying to have the highest end, silver, tuc, etc, I think people forget that you are getting stuff that does not last as long. Go for it if you like it. I respect your choices. Instead, I choose my coins on durability and the so-far for me, ability to last. But mostly, lets have fun with our magic and create magic where we go. your friend, .....
