After a prolonged herculean effort, I pleased to announce that the Found Objects books (yes! Two volumes) have finally been published.
Found Objects is a collection of strange, often dark, fictional short stories based on twenty-four collections of small items. These short stories were the culmination of a challenge that was put forth in various storytellers forums: “You will be sent a package of small items in the post; write a short story within twenty-four hours and submit it to the editor (me).” Two volumes? Out of the 25 Found Objects I created and mailed out, I received 22 short stories and one giant tome of a story. The 22 short stories fit into volume one, and the submission by the late Ray Noble takes up the entire volume 2. Those twenty-four of you, many of which are on this forum, contributed to Found Objects. If you want a hard copy, you can purchase them from Lulu via these links: Found Objects Volume 1: http://www.lulu.com/shop/yitzhak-schlomi......828.html Found Objects Volume 2 http://www.lulu.com/shop/yitzhak-schlomi......970.html Thank you all for your support, Yitzhak

This ssems to have been a massive effort and accomp;ishment. Congratulations Yitzhak. Ita appeal is tithe unusual concept of delivering random found objects as a challenge to stimulate creativity.
That in itself makes this work, a compelling read. Yet another gift to the magic community. Kotah |

I received my book ( Volume II ) a few days ago. I really like how you did the front and back covers.
I took the book to work so I could read it in my spare time. And when I walk into my office after break I notice one the nurses reading the book. I asked her how she liked the book so far. And she told me it was like a movie. Does anyone here have a review of Volume 1? |
