One of these tricks shows the hole still visible when you pull the Sharpie out of the card, but then you turn over the card and pull off the "hole" revealing it is a sticker. Which effect is this?

I know this is a bit of a late answer to your question, but I perform a version with Peter Nardi's Sharpie Through Card. I place a black sticker on the back of a signed card in front of the spectator, place it on top of the deck face up, flip it over and perform the STC effect. I then turn their signed card over, remove it from the deck, pull the sticker off, and allow them to examine. For me personally, I have been able to add more story to my presentation and feel it hides the gimmick slightly better. However you choose to perform this effect, it is super fun!
