I recently found a thin booklet by Bob Longe called "Clever Card Tricks". I was scanning through it with a pack of cards in hand and came to page 49 with a Wally Wilson version of Cutting the Aces. Once I finally read the thing correctly I was "OH!". I kinda surprised myself. Every now and then I stumble on these startling moments. Does any one else have any tricks that have the "Wow - that shouldn't have worked" effect?
