This is a great idea, however I would strongly recommend asking what comes with the dice. Per the descriptions you should have either a rubber ball or knit ball. I got a poorly gold painted piece of Styrofoam which seems to start cracking rather quickly. Kinda takes away from the effect (Nice woodmanship and dice...Styrofoam?!?)

David, the ball you received was solid cork that was painted with five layers of gold paint. The initial run was crochet balls which became unavailable in the size I needed so I went with the cork. The new ones shipped are solid rubber and smooth surface.

OK, it came with a poorly painted cork that will not hold up over time. My advice remains the same. If you are going to chance a key component, addressing it would be nice. I would have respectfully passed instead of being totally disappointed.
