Can anyone tell me if there are any coins from India, old or new (but preferably old and soft, and preferably copper or brass), that are the size of a half dollar or old English penny? If so, what should I be searching for (denomination wise? In rupees, or...?)?

There is a 1985 5 rupees Ghandi coin and a 1989 5 rupees coin of another leader that are 30 mm diameter. The modern coins don't match in size.

You know you're getting old when things from 1985-1989 aren't considered "modern" Smile

Lol! It seems that the 5 rupees coins after 1989 are all 23 mm.
