Is there any magic tricks that use Duct Tape. Or do I have to find a way to invent one.

I have never seen one, but I am sure there is something out there.
I have a friend years ago who made a suit jacket completely out of duct tape (had a lot of time on his hands).

Duct Tape...as in the tape used to seal DUCTS. It is silver/grey and quite popular.

Yeah..for sealing leaks and things? grey/silver plasticky stuff?
we must have our own brand over here , I've just had a look at a new roll I bought in case I needed some and its DUCK..has a little yellow Duck emblem on it. Howard |

There is a company called DUCK, which produces Duct tape. They call it Duck tape (clever pun,...but not so clever now that I think about it).

Perhaps a thumb tie be done with duct tape.

In doing the "Joanne the Duck" card revelation, I put the deck in the houlette and have the wooden duck pick out a card with her bill.
But first, "to keep her from peeking", I blindfold her. And it has to be a special blindfold; do you know what it's made from? Duct tape, of course! Many groans -- which is good. |

I use a gag where I wave a peice of duct tape over something just broken or cut (rubber band, rope,...) because of course as every one knows it will fix anything!

Wrap a card case in duct tape for a sharp and clever look... and plus, it will last longer than an unprotected case. Then you could work some stories into the routine about the case.
Use it in a comical torn/restored card effect. I'll try to think of something more specific.

Aha...but GAFFER'S TAPE is different from DUCT TAPE. Ask a roadie...they'll tell you. It's all in the residue.
