New at Blackpool.

A lanyard holds a transparent card holder around your neck. In the holder is a playing card/bank note/billet.

Whatever card is chosen and signed/number on bill provided by spec/prediction on billet - is shown to be the one removed from the holder.

The holder, after the object is removed, can be examined (unecessary imho).

Great utility device for switches.

I bought one and think it's great but I don't think it's on general release yet.

Interested to hear from anyone else bought one? (Not just viewed the dealer dem).

Couldn't make the Blackpool event.
How about a demo Doric?

James will be doing that very soon and I don't want to usurp him, after all, it's his release.

I'll field test it in the next couple of weeks and report back.

So how was the field test, Doric?

I've been holding my breath for 6 months!
Jack Straw from Wichita, cut his buddy down
And dug for him a shallow grave, and laid his body down
Half a mile from Tucson, by the morning light
One man gone and another to go, my old buddy you're moving much too slow
We can share the women, we can share the wine

This look very nice and I like that it takes up no pocket space and can have promotional info on it.

I haven't been able to field test it because of the virus and I don't want to mislead.

Jack Straw, you can breath now (with mask).

Can the playing card be folded in quarters not only in half ? Only reason I ask cause I mercury fold in quarters (Square packet ) easier to conceal in the hand .

Thanks,

I have performed card in mouth for years using the score tool to get the perfect fold . now with the Covid 19 "Forget About card In Mouth " This is going to be awesome just hope the card can be folded in quarters ! Phatmeat let's wait for Doric to answere If so my order is in !

Jeffrey, that's a good question. As a general rule the bigger the object in the pass holder the better because it's more visible. However, I've just played around using a MCF (made up a new gimmick) and it works really well, so you're good to go.

That said you might actually come to prefer the half card handling, it's basically the MCF without the final fold and the handling provided makes everything a breeze to perform.

P.s. tip - use the PD handling shown in the video if using a MCF. 😉

Yes it most certainly can. It's a little more difficult to do this method with the black art module (but possible) and without the black-art and using any other card inside like a business card makes this completely achievable.

For more advanced handlings you can actually switch between gimmicks mid routine. I often used this to flash produce my business card from nowhere, went into a trick and had the different modules ready to go and adding a module
looks very much like feeding a prediction inside. Then at the end of your routine you can produce.

I now have a method for this using a MFC which does not rely on the BA principle. Great release Anthony.

Good question. Different principles in play. Hallpass is easier.

Thanks for your response Doric, Great to know the half fold will be more visible ! I agree probably just as simple to do the half fold then the quarter fold .
