Go back to Bobo, and you'll find a coin production by Howie Schwartzman that is just beautiful. Name? Thumbtax, if I recall correctly. I have been doing this production since 1967, and it is as devastating today as it was then. Magicians that see it, almost to a man, ask me, "what the heck was that?!" and are astonished to hear that they have it on thier bookshelf at home!
Also, "A Touch of Midas, from the same source, and previously mentioned in this thread, is wonderful. It is my second of four methods for multiple coin production close-up. The other two are unpublished, one of my own, and another from a Japanese performer who taught it to me in San Francisco in 1978. I have tried to contact him for permission to include it in any book I may do, and if I hear back positively I'll be happy to post the method in the Banquet Room here - it is a great production. It looks like this: You display an empty right hand, reach out and "grab" a silver dollar from the air. Display it on the open right hand, toss it to the left hand and it becomes two. Immediately toss the two to your right hand and they become three, toss back to the left and there are four! This is amazingly open, no gaffs, no back clips, the coins just seem to visually multiply! Here's hoping I can post details... Best, PSC

Jerry Andrus has another coin production called the Ace-2-3-4 trick. It's on his video series.

The first time I met Jerry was at a PCAM convention. Steve Dobson called him over to show me "something". Steve told him I was a "coin guy" and he proceeded to show me the Ace-2-34 trick.
I was thinking "Great... another twisting the aces thing..." when those silver dollars popped into existance right before my eyes. I almost soiled myself. |

My favorite four coin production is David Stone's "I want you".
You can find some fantastic four coin production in his tape. Good luck!

I use Paul Harris's Silver Slide all of the time. It uses four cards and four coins. Very powerful to any audience.
I also like Chad Long's Coins From Purse from one of his videos. It's a variation on Dan Fleshman's Rollover Half Dollars. Very quick and visual. Hope this helps. Good luck.
Check out my Main Event project (DVD or Download).
