Takes some practice to learn to read them, but once you get it down....WOW! Still love my DMCs, and will use them as my regular reader, but for those occasions where I don't want to even think about the possibility that a spec suspects that something is 'up' with the cards, the Brooklyns are absolutely undetectable (I dare say even to most magicians). By the way, the service from the posted dealer was top notch. |

Definitely not. The DMC's are easy. The Brooklyns take time before you can even see the markings, and after getting that'down' you still have to learn the coding. Definitely worth the effort, though.

But then I started practicing... and the amazing thing is that when I started to figure it out, it just made me giddy. No one will ever spot the markings. Ever. And yet, once you can read them, it almost feels not like you're reading the markings, but like you can see through the cards. Hard to explain how incredible these are. I hope they bring them back on the market. I love the DMCs too, and these are very different, (and not readers like the DMCs) but very cool. |

The good thing about coming into magic, and the Café, late - is that everything old is new (to me!).
I have had a lot of fun with this download. Simple effects, with great impact - just the way I like it. I am also a huge fan of the DMCs. I started with the greens, but now the reds are my go-to cards. The markings are great for all sorts of effects, esp those that are Mnemonica based.
