Just wanted you all to know we have a couple new additions to our Café staff.
I am happy to introduce Rob Eubank (aka Riff, the magical clown) as our newest Grammar Host. Rob is hard working, dedicated, and I believe a real asset to our Café team! As the Café grows, so does the monumental task of our grammar people, and Rob's help is very much needed and appreciated. Our next new addition should be no stranger to most of you, especially if you are involved in welcoming new arrivals here at the Café. I refer to Ozlen Tuncer, otherwise known as Tora! Tora is now our official Hospitality Host, and will be greeting our new arrivals with his famous Turkish coffee, and of course a warm Café smile! I am thrilled to have both these individuals as part of our Café team... Yea!

Welcome Rob Im sure you will be alot of help to the great team here! And Tora what a perfect job for you, I was wondering when you would get that title! You certainly do an amazing job of making EVERYONE feel right at home here which I find most other boards lack!

Thanks , Thanks, Thanks,
To be an official part of the team is a BIG honour for me. I hope I will be successful under this title. This time I have to welcome myself HEEEY: all the coffee in this round is on my bill, provided that they are real, strong Turkish coffee.. (I only pay for this kind)

Actually, Your coffee in now "on the house!" I don't think Steve or anyone else could have picked a better Hospitality Host.

Welcome Rob. And Tora, it is fitting that a mentalist is selected as our official greeter. You will know who is joining the Cafe before they do.
Again, a warm welcome to you both.

Rob - Hurrah for Grammar. Hurrah for Grammar Hosts. I will thank you now for an important function that helps the board look good to outsiders - and, to us!
Tora - Congrats on your new title. Your elegant greeting messages are so nice ... and it is so kind of you to take time, the way you do, for everyone. Best wishes to you both, pp |

I cannot think of better choices for the positions! I know the job is difficult and time consuming. I am thankful that Rob and Ozlen have taken the burden on!
Ozlen has a sense of style in his greetings that will make anyone feel welcome. Rob, I feel sorry that you have to read through my long-winded drivel and attempt to correct my butchering of the language! One of these days I’ll learn to use spell check and grammar check! Good Luck guys!

Congratulations to you both. I have only one complaint. Tora's Coffee has stolen my ability to sleep. While this is bad, I have improved my 26 card multiple card shift.

Welcome, indeed! Both of these good people spend their time and effort to make this forum a friendlier, more understandable place. I commend them. It takes interest and a lot of work.

A very warm welcome to both of you - this site is without doubt the friendliest, most community minded site I have ever been to, not to mention fantastic for beginners! I know that that is due at least in part to all who work behind the scenes so to them a big thanks!
I visit quite a few sites from time to time but this is the only one I feel I actually belong. All the best Kaz |

As usual, I am late in welcoming both of you as you serve in these positions.
I totally agree with Kaz, thanks to everyone who makes this site the success that it is. Andrew |

Yes my friends,
I have to confess that I visit oteher sites as well. But since at the beginning, this is the ONLY site I feel that I belong. Why? Simple, the quality of the people here, no matter if member or staff. On another board I had written a reply to a post that recommended to drink alcohol in order to overcome the stage-axiety for a 15 year old boy! He replied to me with a swear! I had reported to the moderators and they have re-organised it. I have never seen such a message on this board, and I hope I never will. Let's keep the quality, and go on being the number one Cafe on the net forever, together. All the Turkish coffees on this round are on my bill as usual. Thanks... :coffee:
