Hello everyone-
I'm relatively new to this forum, so I hope this is the right place to post this. I've read some reviews on a utility device called The Intercessor (i'm posting it in the card location cause its used for the torn and restored car.) and the reviews all say this is a fantastic device. I apologize if this has been covered before, the search feature is not working for me. Thanks ahead of time. |

Erniep33,
Intercessor is an outstanding utility device that allows you to make the matching restored card appear in miraculous locations. It is one of those simple, yet brilliant ideas that instantly makes magic history. I recommend it highly. Nick
Let me explain. No, there is too much. Let me sum up.

Here with an opposing opinion...
I had an Intercessor, Ernie, and I sold it. As Nick says, it's an outstanding device, but it didn't fit in with my style of work. (FWIW, I'm more into FASDIU.) The best props in the world are not appropriate if you're not into the kind of magic required to use them. There are a number of T&R effects that don't require an Intercessor. Before you plunk down the money to buy one...and I'm not saying you shouldn't...you may want to review the other effects first.
Cheers,

Ernie,
Here's the impossible scenario that the Intercessor lets you do: Your spectator holds on to the original corner of a playing card that THEY tear off from the card. You then destroy the card in front of them WITHOUT a switch. And finally you can have the restored card reappear anywhere you like. The spectator retrieves the restored card (no switching again) and they all will see that the corner ONTO WHICH THEY NEVER LET GO matches the restored card! THEY do it all. In fact, after you have them pick the card and do the initial partial tear, from the point that they complete the tear to the end you can sit down and have them perform the entire rest of the restoration performance if you like! Bottom line is that there is NOTHING that will let you do all of that in the manner I just described and do it as CLEANLY as the Intercessor can. It's an amazing utility device that should be in your possession. :) |

Ive just ordered mine, looking forward to amazing some unwilling specs with this!
I suppose you could have the specs initial the corner whilst it is on the card just to prove that there is no switching of the little corner, actually I'd better go and buy some lemons Tom |
