Hi Jack , Steve Rowe originally made all my gimmicks ( brilliantly I might add ) .
I now can make them myself if I need one ultra quick but otherwise I just get Steve to do them for me which he does at a very reasonable price . Best wishes Gaz 🙂 |

I purchased this for about a third of the current retail price in a Penguin Open Box. I figured I could sate my curiosity for less than $15. Hey, the worst case scenario at least gets me eight separate tiny m*****s. If carefully constructed, it's not a bad effect. I was originally interested where the ad text describes changing a $100 bill in to 5 x $20. The only demonstration of such an effect is a change from a single receipt to 2 x bills as shown once in the promo video. Technically one could produce as many bills (all at once) but based on the method I'm not sure it would fly with 5 x $20 bills since even though paper currency appears to be flat, it's actually three dimensional; the smallest dimension adds up when using so many bills. In the end, I really like the eight wafer thin m*****s which mitigated the $14.25 total I paid. At about $1 each I ended paying $7 to, as I said, sate my curiosity. |

Very nice brainman but that’s just like extreme burn with 1 receipt and it’s has the disadvantage of not being able show the back of the receipt at the start. Although you can make one quite easily to do that but then the gimmick gets thicker. What sells burn to the audience and hides the gimmick is I change 5 receipts into 7 notes and that all adds to perfect cover for the gimmick as it gets lost in the moment. Where as in yours you are just standing there at the end holding the hot potato ie the gimmick itself. Still looks great on camera though Gaz 👍😊

It is indeed a bit odd considering that you then transform it into an apparently examinable (it's not), unfolded, two sided bill. Your second point about the whipping motion: that's just one of a few different presentations, but it happens to be my preferred version. Whipping it is very visceral and masks a bit of noisiness in the gimmick. But the video does show a couple of other presentations of the transformation. |

I see little advantage to this particular method or performance. Considering that CTB is $40 AND I have to build the gimmicks MYSELF... Ummm, no thank you. Pass~
