Hi,
I'm learning the Gravity Half Pass, and playing with it with a break at half the deck and noticed that when the bottom packet have rotate under cover cards then, instead of coalesce the packet together I can simply turn over the top packet using my right hand and finish with the deck completely turn over, thus doing a kind of "turn over pass" but with GHP principle... I wonder if this move "exists" ? If so, who does it / teach it ? because as far as I know, I didn't hear Aaron Fisher talk about using the GHP principle as a turnover pass .... Thanks for your help ! |

I suggest you reach out to Aaron himself with some of your questions. He seems to be a very nice guy and very approachable. He'd be happy that you are learning his sleight and I'm sure, happy to help.
Regarding using gravity to assist in a turnover pass, yes, it has been done and happens to be the way I do it. I begin most of my "pass-like" sleights with the cards perpendicular to the floor and the "edge of the cliff" idea Aaron talks about comes into play.
It's never crowded on the extra mile....
