More than a successful professional magician, Lisa Menna is an activist that changes the world. On this week's podcast we chat with a magician who graced the cover of the March 2020 Genii Magazine and was a featured lecturer at the Genii Convention last Fall. Lisa is a friend whom I have known for nearly 40 years and have seen grow in the magic community and emerge as a purely professional performer and unique entertainer with creative ideas that have carried her around the world performing for corporations at trade shows and banquets. For a short time she even studied with and performed in the Russian Circus! But lately (in semi-retirement from magic) her passion has been to work in "third world countries" helping to bring about social change. Her 501-C (3) not-for-profit organization is called, "Cause to Wonder". Lisa talks about all of this and more including some wonderful performing (and costuming) tips for women magicians which coul also apply to men, too.
You can listen wherever you get your podcasts. But for more information, links to her organization, view some videos and more, then please visit: https://www.themagicwordpodcast.com/scot......sa-menna
