I think this is a bargain, NYC is a solid two phase card routine, I loved Limelight when I paid £40 for it and Oblique is a bonus if you like it or not.
It is possible to waste £20, but not by buying this. It was briefly mentioned on the PropDog Live - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=u5qAaZN82fA at 1:12:30 |

I'm not convinced he was being racist when he posted that, more a tongue in cheek comment about the reviewers being friends. That is how I read it anyway. |

I don't think it was tongue in cheek at all because when questioned "Are Swedish reviews not valid now?" he replied "Only when the review is by a Swede, OK?".
That question was an opportunity for this "unit" to lighten up his comment by saying he was making a joke but here's the thing - he'd NEVER have said that about a British or American product. That's what makes it racist. It's not the worst example I've ever seen but I don't think he was joking. |

Back to the original topic as one could debate about Pegasus all day, but NYC Opener is actually a really genius routine and very practical to have on you at all time.
If you don’t want to get the whole set, it was worth the price to purchase just by itself. But for $5 more, why not get the trio. As for gimmicks for NYC Opener, I would be willing to bet 90% of every magician has them. |

Yeah everybody’s a racist these days.

Not everyone, just people like Pegasus.
Anyway, I explained my commment, let's now keep this thread on track. |

I think that’s a horrible thing to casually call another person and shouldn’t be thrown around lightly.
Maybe that’s my white privilege speaking though and I should get woke and check myself.

If you can draw another conclusion then good for you - but it's notable Pegasus didn't respond in the thread and actually dug himself deeper instead of having a tiny wee think about what he was actually saying. And based on his posts, racist is one of the more polite names I would have for him. |

Wizard Magic Review looked at this on their Oct. 28th show.
David Penn gave it 95%, Sean Heydon gave it 93% and Wayne Fox gave it 100%. Go on YouTube and watch it. |

I think it's a really good pack Mark put out here, so I give it a try and order this one.
